This quarters board meeting is being held in conjunction with the North Louisiana Sponsor Flock, May 31, 2008.

Forms for requests from the super fund have already been sent out. The deadline for that is April 30.

At this time, if you wish to have something placed on the agenda, get it to Joe Walters in email or writing by April 30.

This will allow time to get the agenda and copies of super fund request to each board member a couple of weeks prior to the May 30th meeting.

This meeting will include a combination of committee meetings as well as regular business meeting.  The committee assignments will go out in March.  If anyone has a burning desire to work with a specific committee, please relate that back to Joe Walters.
